Each country has one's current situations,

If SK can make highway and railroad to China and Soviet, there will be lots of chances for the peoples including foreigners and also there will be a symbolic meaning for mankind that all the roads can be through in this earth, but there is not much room for the domestic peoples, especially from economical situations regardless of national productions, in each country, which will be continuous in the future.

So, if wide country, such as Africa or Cananda or Soviet or etc, can supply one place for boat peoples from each country and UN can supply the necessary equipments and foods during certain periods, it can be one solution for the peoples who should be boat peoples due to political situations, until each political activity for power will be changed into political activity for human being and society as a result of understanding on the existential origin and birth of human being by education. 

Currently, the construction skill for house or apartment has been well developed and the rice can be easily supplied as a kind of support by many countries, even though the price is not cheap and there are many peoples of no house no food in each country. Many concerned countries can make a room to supply those necessities for the settlers during certain period.

If SK tries to manage the concerned situations related to boat peoples regardless of real condition of SK, there will be many problems which are no good for both parties.

십 수 년 동안의 반증을 위한 검증만 능사가 아니고 비록 모든 사람들이 직접 인지할 수 있는 것은 아니지만 1965-70년도부터 사람과 사회 속에서 공개적으로 진행되고 있는 신의 세계(God and Angels; Spirit; I AM)에 대한 일이 오늘날 일부 결실로 이루어져 나타나고 있는 상황에서 말이 말로 통하고 대화가 대화로 통하여 일이 순리대로, 사실대로, 진행 될 수가 있었으면 어떤 누가 어디에서 무슨 사회 활동을 추구하고 있던 boat peoples과 같은 주제들을 위해서 각자의 시간을 할애하여 더불어 추구할 수 있는 일도 많이 있고 일부 여건도 갖추어질 수 있었을 것인데 사람이란 존재로서 알게 되고 사람이란 존재로서 말을 하고 있는 신의 세계(God and Angels; Spirit; I AM)에 대한 말과 행동을 막고 부정하고 그 결과 오늘날 아시아의 대한민국에서 발생한 신의 세계(God and Angels; Spirit; I AM)로부터의 성경(The Bible)과 같은 증거를 위해서 사용될 기부금에 대해서 국가, 정치, 종교란 말을 핑계로 권리나 필요성을 논하고 각자가 진두지휘 하고 있는 정치, 종교, 사회 활동 단체를 위한 봉사 정신은 많이 필요로 하는 모습들도 대한민국에서 새로운 유형의 보트 피플을 만들고 있는 원인이 되고 있을 것입니다.

1천 명의 사람들이 특정한 사람을 에워싸고 발생하는 네트워크 활동도 현실이고 1천 명의 사람들에게는 set-up이 set-up이겠지만 1천 만명에게 속하지 않은 표적에게는 실제 현실이니 현실 및 물질로서 본 것을 말을 하는 것이고 사람에게는 set-up이 전적으로 set-up이 될 수도 있고 감동감화가 될 수도 있고 무고한 사람에게 누명을 씌워서 죄인으로 만들 수도 있 등 사람의 목적과 의도에 따라 다르겠지만 신의 세계(God and Angels; Spirit; I AM)로부터의 능력과 현상에 관한 한 set up 된 상황이든 아니던 사람이 사람의 인지 능력과 물질 개념으로 알 수가 없는 신의 세계(God and Angels; Spirit; I AM)에 대한 것이 사람을 통한 능력으로 나타나서 사람이 그 사실로서 신의 세계(God and Angels; Spirit; I AM)에 대해서 알 수가 있다는 것이 중요한 것이고 그런 것이 현몽(꿈의 일종), 환영, 환청, 텔레파시, 투시, 줌인, 질병 치료 등으로 나타나는 것이므로 현몽(꿈의 일종), 환영, 환청, 텔레파시, 투시, 줌인, 질병 치료 등이 이상한 것이 아닐 것이고 사람의 육체를 통해서 발생한 것이고 사람의 육체로서 인지한 것이고 단지 비 물질로서 존재하고 있는 현상이니 모든 인류가 공통으로, 항상, 인지할 수 있는 것이 아니란 것이 문제일 것입니다.

 

사람으로서의 말과 행동이고 사람의 이성적인 지혜와 지식으로도 충분히 추측 가능한 인 인류의 신의 세계(God and Angels; Spirit; I AM)에 대한 말이 어느 정도로 인류에게 통할 수 있느냐 하는 것이 현재 인류의 심리 상태, 인류의 인생의 모습 및 인류 간의 신뢰도의 척도가 될 수도 있을 것입니다.
