If there is not any movement of party members, which one is more open to civil economical investment or development in new cities, original one and revised one?
To reduce the expense burden of Seoul City and big cities and to reduce the power of Central Government, it is better to develop other provincial areas like Seoul City during 2-30 years in the coming future. Also, to reduce the power of Government, it is better to change the way of business and the mind of public employee and so on.
To develop other provincial areas like Seoul City during 2-30 years in the coming future will contribute to the development of traffic transportation technique and communication technique and also mutual communications between peoples and so on.
To develop other provincial areas like Seoul City during 2-30 years in the coming future will be suitable for the national policies related to 4 rivers which need more time than 2-3 years.
To focus on the movement of departments of central Government may be caused by misunderstanding on the development of GwaCheon City after central Government moved to GwaCheon City. If we try to develop Korea in the way of movement of central Government to this place and that place, it can be just waste of time and expenses.
If departments of central Government move to SeJong City, it can be troublesome maker for the other areas and also for the development of other provincial areas.
So, if we worry about the SeJong City for the peoples in SeJong City and ChungCheongDo, we need to try to build SeJong City in order to reflect our current academic, scientific, economical, development to new cities. If our government focuses on the development of other provincial areas instead of Seoul City and big cities, to move departments of central Government to SeJong City can be just waste of time and expenses.
If the national policies related to 4 rivers and SeJong City can be well pursued, it can be led to the development of National Economy. But, if H Party focuses on the original one, i.e. movement of departments of Central Government, and also on telling retirement of some one in Central Government is just to make meaningless arguments without appropriate plan for the national policies related to 4 rivers and SeJong City.
If we want to say about the development of agriculture and fishery and forestry, we need to tell about the national policies related to 4 rivers and SeJong City in the way of revised one.
